Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our small business, all sales are final. Returns or replacements are only offered if you receive an incorrect item or if your order arrives damaged.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your request and work with you to resolve the issue.
How do I choose the correct size?
We provide sizing information on each product page to help you find the best fit. If you’re unsure between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our collections are limited and may not be restocked. We recommend purchasing your favorites while they’re available.
