At Willow & Wren Club, we take great care in selecting and preparing each item for your little one.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will gladly provide a replacement item (if available) or issue a refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Photos of the damage or incorrect item must be provided.
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Willow & Wren Club reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.
